Prior to that she was chosen for her tenacity and sales savvy, to head up the sales team, by the developers of several premier condominium and coop new developments including the Midtown modern-classic, The Centrale, a luxury residential condominium tower, the esteemed Baccarat Hotel and Residences Fifth Avenue in Midtown, where she and her team exceeded expectations for this luxury building with a five-star hotel component, selling the stunning penthouse listed at $60 million amongst many of the full-floors, and closed out the building sales.
Gail has previously applied her skills and talent as Director of Sales, to the sell-out of numerous other development projects, such as Manhattan House at 200 East 66th Street, The Apthorp at 390 West End Avenue, The Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue above the Langham Place Hotel (formerly The Setai), 101 Leonard Street, The Beekman Residences (perched atop the Beekman Hotel), and Eighty Seven and West End.

A native of the Caribbean with East Indian ancestry, Gail has lived in New York City since 1986. She's enjoyed extended stays in Zurich, has traveled extensively across the globe including countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Contributing to various charities, skiing in St. Moritz and Aspen, and running (several marathons), are among her favorite pastimes.
